• Immediate email return for confirmation of order.
• Proofing always has a quick turnaround the all the details of the order are spelled out clearly on embroidery proofs as well as screen printing proofs.
• You receive an email that confirms all the goods have been received and also provides a ship date so you are not left wondering where your order is at.
• Screen printing timelines are great. The whole process is really streamlined and easy to follow. I always know when the details have been confirmed on a proof the order is left in good hands.
• Someone always answers the phone. Even if the person I am calling for is unavailable, your customer services staff always answers the phone and the has answers to most all my questions.
• The quality of the product you produce is very consistent. That is a big deal to me. You really don’t find this everywhere.
